We supply a broad range of foam and rubber materials for design solutions including gasketing, sealing, vibration and sound dampening and energy absorption. Products are available with or without an adhesive coating; both of which can be laminated with an adhesive suited to your specific application needs. We ensure the suitability of our product range for general industrial applications and those requiring high performance features such as in the medical and security markets.

Polyurethane Foam

Polyurethane foam, commonly called ‘urethane’ foam is a low density foam, available in a range of colours, thicknesses, densities and firmness options. Our high quality polyurethane foams include Rogers’ Poron high performance foam products. Utilizing our range of converting capabilities, we can supply PU foam gasket and seals to your exact specification for your gasketing, sealing, gap filling and cushioning needs. We can also laminate your PU foam with a double sided adhesive and convert the material into a single or double sided foam tape. We also offer a range of polyurethane rubber products.

PU foam characteristics:

Urethane Rubber

Polyurethane rubber materials are used in a number of applications, including gasketing and sealing of a range of electronic devices. Urethane rubber offers excellent impact absorption, making it the ideal material for protecting the underside of electronic devices from impact and movement. Urethane rubber protective feet are available in a range of shapes, sizes and dimensions, or as roll stock for custom designs. Utilizing our range of converting capabilities, we can laminate urethane rubber materials with double sided adhesives and convert the bespoke material construction into custom shapes, sizes and final presentations suited to your unique requirements.

Noeprene Foam

Neoprene foam is a closed cell foam, that is impermeable to air and water, providing superior sealing against ingress of liquids, including oils and chemicals. Neoprene foam tape is commonly used in applications such as sealing and gasketing of electronics, especially those within automotive devices. Other applications include those requiring cushioning and vibration damping. Utilizing our range of converting capabilities, we can laminate closed cell neoprene foam with double sided adhesives and convert the bespoke material construction into custom shapes, sizes and final presentations suited to your unique requirements.

Polyethylene Foam

Polyethylene foam, also known as PE and LDPE, is a lightweight, closed cell foam with superior performance. Polyethylene foam is strong and resilient with excellent energy absorption and acoustic properties. Common applications include shock absorbing, vibration damping, thermal insulation, gasketing and sealing across a range of industries. Crosslinked polyethylene foam is also available, which offers enhanced performance due to the stronger cell structure. Utilizing our range of converting capabilities, we can laminate closed cell polyethylene foam with double sided adhesives and convert the bespoke material construction into custom shapes, sizes and final presentations suited to your unique requirements.

Bumpon Products

3M™ Bumpon protective products are self-adhesive rubber cushioning products used in a wide range of industries where a cushioning, spacing, sound and shock dampening, scratch protection and skid resistant solution is required. Bumpons are available in a variety of moulded shapes including strip, 3D tapered, hemispherical and top-hat options. A variety of height, thickness and colour options is available, as well as a choice of rubber or acrylic adhesive, for bonding to a variety of substrates including plastics, metals, glass and wood. Medical Grade Foam

Our wide range of medical foam products are used in the healthcare industry for a number of applications such as gasketing and sealing in medical devices, patient cushioning and fluid management in long-term wear wound dressings. Medical foams are available in a range of colours, density and thickness combinations. Polyester Foam

Polyester foam has an evenly spaced, open cell structure, with good mechanical strength and compressibility. It is a resilient material and ideal for applications requiring sound absorption, cushioning and vibration damping. Polyester foams are also used in gasketing and sealing applications where low air permeability is required. Silicone Foam

Silicone foam is an extremely resilient material that can perform in high pressure applications and within a wide operating temperature range. We supply silicone foam gaskets and seals using the highest quality materials, including Roger’s high performance Bisco silicones, commonly used for gaskets, seals, heat shields, cushions and insulation for a variety of applications. PVC Foam

PVC foam is a closed cell foam with very low moisture absorption. It is ideal for indoor or outdoor applications due to its ability to resist environmental extremes. PVC foam gaskets are used in a wide range of applications including, signage, display and point of sale items. Utilizing our range of converting capabilities, we can supply custom components to your exact specification. We can also laminate your PVC foam with a double sided adhesive to create a single or double sided foam tape.

Conductive Elastomers

Conductive elastomers are commonly used for the shielding of electronic enclosures against electromagnetic interference (EMI). The emi/rfi shielding system usually consists of a conductive gasket sandwiched between a metal housing and lid, the primary function being to provide sufficient electrical conductivity across the enclosure/gasket/lid junction. Electrically conductive elastomers are ideal for use in applications that require environment sealing as well as EMI shielding. They provide highly conductive and resilient gasketing material for use in all wirelessly transmitting devices, from standard commercial electronics, to ruggedized military devices. Our conductive elastomers are available with or without an adhesive backing and, with access to a wide range of adhesive materials; we can laminate material with an adhesive specified for your unique requirements.

VHB Acrylic Foam Tapes

3M VHB tape is a speciality acrylic foam tape that offers excellent performance and reliability. VHB tape is a proven high-strength alternative to traditional fixing methods such as screwing and welding. The foamed acrylic adhesive permanently adheres one substrate to another, creating a virtually indestructible bond. As well as bonding, VHB tape seals against moisture and other contaminants. It absorbs shock and impact and can accommodate contraction of dissimilar substrates, as well as conform to rough and uneven surfaces.  3M VHB tape is a trusted and proven solution that is easy to use. This foamed acrylic adhesive has been used in demanding applications for over 30 years and will continue to offer long term and cost effective solutions, for example, in building construction, signage, electronics and automotive applications.
