Controlled Goods Certification
The Controlled Goods Program is a domestic security program that strengthens Canada’s defence trade controls and prevents the proliferation of tactical and strategic assets (including weapons, satellite global positioning systems, communications equipment, military equipment and related intellectual property). Being Controlled Goods Certified means we can support our diverse customers’ growing demands and requirements. This certification is a requirement for anyone who conducts business in Canada and examines, possesses or transfers controlled goods or controlled technology in Canada.
