Joel MacCaull

Plant Manager

Joel is responsible for Quality Assurance and Project Management at Label Innovation. Joel came to us in 2010 after 18 years in positions of increasing responsibility within the Automotive Glass division of PPG Industries. His last position before joining Label Innovation was Engineering Manager at the Hawkesbury lamination plant. An Industrial Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt, Joel has 25 years of experience developing processes to MIL (military), TS (automotive), and ISO standards. Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his family at the cottage in Prince Edward Island, and skating on the Rideau Canal in winter.

Paul Carusi

Director, Sales & Marketing

Paul heads up our Sales and Marketing team. He brings many years of Sales, Marketing and Management experience to LINC. His experience in running successful sales and marketing teams includes management roles within Fortune 500 and international companies. Paul moved to Canada from Australia to head up and run the Canadian and U.S. divisions of a globally based advertising company. His professional background extends across the IT, Communications, Advertising and Technology sectors. Paul is married with 3 children and lives in Ottawa. Outside of LINC, he enjoys cycling, golf, going to the gym and spending time with family.

Daryl Newman

Director, Technical Operations

Daryl is responsible for coordinating with our sales team and clients to ensure technical requirements are understood and accommodated. He is instrumental in working with our production team to maximize efficiencies in the manufacturing process and ensure quality meets or exceeds requirements. Daryl brings over 21 years of manufacturing experience in various positions with national and international companies, including production manager, manufacturing manager and maintenance manager. He is a graduate of Mount Allison University, with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Certificate in Engineering. Daryl brings a team approach philosophy to our workplace. He enjoys coaching hockey, cabinet making, playing golf and traveling.

Stephanie Blanchard

Finance Management

Stephanie is responsible for Finance Management at Label Innovation. She joined the team in 2022 with 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the finance and accounting area. She leads a dual role at our sister location in Michigan where she lives with her husband and three children. She attended the University of Michigan in the Flint area and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors either gardening or running.

Steven Martin

Director, Production

As Production Director, Steven ensures the delivery of LINC’s commitment to production engineering, product management, data analytics, and supply chain management. He brings over 25 years experience in manufacturing, combining his senior management in all aspects of our operations. Steven does this with a focus on Lean & Lean Sigma Transformation to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Steven’s past employment has been in numerous industries including security printing, construction materials, semi conductor, healthcare, and automotive. Steven is married and has two children. He and his family enjoy being active members in the sprint canoe and kayak community, as well as taking in the great outdoors, swimming, fishing or just floating.
